Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All of JD Craft Design Studio's products are handcrafted and shipped from Los Angeles, CA, so our customers can get the fastest service and the best quality products for their shopping experience. 

Q: How long will it take to get my item?
A: The orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days and can take another 1-5 business days to get to your door depending on the shipping address.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes. the shipping option upgrade is available for an additional charge. The expedited shipping duration does NOT include the time to process your order. 

Q: What happens if my item comes damaged or it never shows up?
A: We stand behind our product 100%. We are here to take care of you and offer you amazing customer service. If the item arrives damaged or never shows up, we will send the replacement at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Shop with confidence!

Q: What if I need to change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, the change in shipping address after the production is not guaranteed. Please make sure to check your Etsy account shipping address prior to placing your order. We do our best to assist with errors as we do understand, but please check all information carefully prior to proceeding with checkout.
